Bundanon and Beyond

At Arthur Boyd’s Bundanon, in New South Wales, I found bones on the banks of the Shoalhaven River.
The bones were clean of debris, quite dried-out by the heat of the Summer’s sun and so became the basis for a series of artworks at the property and far beyond my one month residency.

Artworks on paper in mixed media, an installation of rock cast paper vessels, containing paper scrolls, paper packages and organic forms found at Bundanon inspired experimentation of mark making with ink, casting bronzing and many more drawings.
